When using the services provided by House Of Services, you agree to adhere to the following rules and guidelines to ensure a safe, lawful, and effective experience for all users:

House Of Services accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at the time of service booking.

Billing Cycles and Pricing Information: Payment for services rendered by House Of Services is typically due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. Prices for our services are clearly outlined and communicated prior to service delivery. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Consultation and Call-Out Fees: Upon booking a consultation or call-out, you agree to the rates provided during the booking process. Please ensure that you confirm your acceptance of these rates and the appointment to secure your booking. Rates are exclusive of VAT, as House Of Services is not VAT registered.

Booking Confirmation: To secure your consultation or call-out appointment, you must confirm your acceptance of the booking and applicable rates by replying to the confirmation email. Failure to confirm will be considered a decline, and the appointment will not be held.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to cancel any booked consultation or service within a reasonable time frame. To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Refunds for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring compliance with the CPA. Any disputes regarding payment or service will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

Important Notice:

During consultations, confidential information may be exchanged. House Of Services is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all such information. However, clients are advised to secure their own data backups and understand that our company retains backups for a maximum of 6 months before permanent deletion.

It is important to note that rates are subject to annual review and adjustment, typically at the start of each year in January.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
